Clostridium difficile-associated Diarrhea – Antibiotic therapy will cause an imbalance in the normal microbial flora of the large intestine, which may promote the growth of a bacteria called Clostridium difficile and you may experience severe diarrhea as a result. Report any such incidence to the doctor on priority and avoid usage of this medicine in such cases.
Atopic Dermatitis – This medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from atopic dermatitis due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.
Concomitant use with other anti-acne agents – This medicine should be used with extreme caution when it is used along with other medicines for the treatment of acne. Combined use may increase the risk of severe adverse reactions such as skin peeling, irritation, dryness, etc. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Photosensitivity: This medicine may make you more sensitive to sunlight or tanning lights. You are advised to use sunscreen and wear protective clothing to avoid adverse reactions to sunlight during treatment with this medicine.
