What Is Aziderm 20% Cream?
Aziderm 20% Cream is a skin cream for external use, and Azelaic acid present in it directly acts on acne and hyperpigmentation. Some people are even known to have used Aziderm 20% Cream for bleaching of facial skin, since the chemical has inherent skin brightening features. The application of the cream on the affected portion could be done once or twice a day. This drug can cause side effects like tingling and burning sensations.
How Does Aziderm 20% Cream Work?
First, Azelaic Acid penetrates the skin and inhibits the growth of bacteria directly responsible for documented skin inflammation and irritation. Second, this lotion is also a great help in preventing the bacteria-induced production of acne-promoting fatty acids. These two facts alone make this product the ultimate blackhead- and pimple-destroyer. Azelaic Acid also hinders the formation of new skin cells in the so-called comedones, thus preventing the further spread of acne.
