How To Use Divaine Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Divaine 100mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Divaine 100mg Tablet is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

Missed Dose
The missed dose should be taken as soon as possible. It is advisable to skip the missed dose if it is already the time for your next scheduled dose.

Photosensitivity – Divaine 100mg Tablet may increase the risk of sunburn reaction. It is advised that you do not get exposed to sunlight while receiving this medicine. Patients should be counseled about these reactions and should discontinue the treatment if any symptoms of skin rash appear.
Impaired liver function – Divaine 100mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with a history of liver diseases or active liver diseases due to the increased risk of liver injury. Close monitoring of liver function is necessary while receiving this medicine. The treatment should be discontinued if the liver function values are not normal.
Impaired kidney function – Divaine 100mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with a history of kidney diseases or active kidney diseases due to the increased risk of kidney injury. Close monitoring of renal function is recommended while receiving this medicine. Discontinue the treatment if any signs of elevated urea levels are observed.
Pediatric population – Divaine 100mg Tablet is not recommended for use in children less than 8 years of age due to the risk of permanent teeth discoloration.
Drug-resistance – Usage of Divaine 100mg Tablet without sufficient proof or suspicion of a bacterial infection should be avoided. Irrational dosing might fail in providing the benefits and even cause toxicity. It may also increase the risk of development of bacteria that are resistant to the medicine.
How to Store the Medicine
Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light. Do not use Minocycline after the expiry date stated on the label carton/bottle.
The expiry date refers to the last day of that month. Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste.
