What Is Hexilak Gel?
Hexilak Gel is used for Sports injuries, Injuries and other conditions. Hexilak Gel may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide. Hexilak Gel contains Unfractionated Heparins Topical as an active ingredient. Hexilak Gel works by blocking the activity of released histamine thus reducing inflammation.
How Does Hexilak Gel Work?
Heparin is an anticoagulant. It works by preventing the formation of harmful blood clots. Although it does not dissolve the existing blood clots, it prevents them from growing larger and causing blockages in the blood vessels.
What Is Route Of Administration?
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the gel. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

Storage Of Hexilak Gel
Store in a cool, dry place away from the reach of children. – Once you have mixed the powder with water, the syrup can be stored at room temperature not more than 25°C. Do not refrigerate it otherwise it will thicken and you may have problems pouring it out. Throw away any unused portion after 14 days. – Medicines must not be used past the expiry date.
