What Is Zocon T Kit?

This contains the 2 active ingredients fluconazole and tinidazole. It is a combination antibiotic used to treat bacterial and fungal infections. This medication can be used to treat a variety of conditions such as amoebiasis, trichomoniasis, giardiasis, anaerobic infection, bacterial vaginosis and acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis. It can be used to treat bacterial and fungal infections but cannot be used to treat viral infections.

How Does Zocon T Kit Work?

This is an antifungal medicine which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Tinidazole is an antibiotic which kills bacteria and other infectious microorganisms by damaging the DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

What Is Route Of Administration?

This is usually taken orally once per day or as directed by a doctor. Zocon T Kit medication can be taken with or without food but should be taken with a full glass of water. Contact a doctor for the correct dosage and length of treatment as it will depend on the patient’s condition and their response to the therapy.

This tablet should be taken whole and not crushed, split or chewed prior to consumption to prevent too much of Zocon T Kit drug from being released at one time. Always take the medication until the prescribed dose is complete, even if symptoms have healed, as abruptly stopping the treatment can allow the infection to return and the bacteria or fungi to become harder to treat.

This may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heartbeat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and blood pressure with alcohol (Disulfiram reactions).

• Pregnancy 

This is unsafe to use during pregnancy.

• Lactation

Zocon T Kit should be used with caution during lactation. Breast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

If a single dose of Zocon T Kit is used, it is recommended to hold breastfeeding for 12-24 hours to allow the removal of the drug.

• Driving

Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

This may make you feel drowsy or gives you problems with coordination or sensation (e.g. numbness or weakness). Zocon T Kit may affect your driving ability.

• Kidney

Zocon-T Kit is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

Caution to be advised in patients with impaired renal function.

Storage Of Zocon T Kit

Store Zocon T Kit medicines at room temperature, away from heat and direct light. Do not freeze medicines unless required by package insert. Keep medicines away from children and pets.
